This programme consists of a combination of workshops and personal one to one training sessions. The objective is to open the self to an inner space that often lies hidden in the stress driven world many of us inhabit.
Our heart is far more than an organ, it is the mainframe through which we transmit and receive information through our belief systems and emotional states. Learning to access the enormous potential of heart centered, heart focused awareness in all areas of our lives is accessible to us all and opens each and every one of us to new possibilities.
The programme features specially selected Hemi-Sync MetaMusic® to relax and support you whilst Hemi-Sync Mind Food® will be used to guide us in the journey of self discovery.
Heart Space is designed to be both fluid and fun, joyful and inspiring, creative and poetic as we each move to a new place, a Heart Space within ourselves.
