How the whole
adventure began
Whilst living and teaching in Cairo, Egypt, I began to research methods
to improve my immune system and movement potential after a major car accident.
In 1991, I began the Feldenkrais
Method four year training programme in the USA. I overcame the movement difficulties related to the accident trauma and
enriched my teaching methods. Moshe Feldenkrais, the founder of the Feldenkrais Method based his training programme on ‘how
we learn to learn’, the philosophy and practical help and advice applied to all areas of our lives. Learn more....
The Feldenkrais Method not only helps with pain, movement difficulties
or recovery from accident trauma but also supports people who are all ready reaching a high level of excellence such as singers,
dancers, athletes and musicians. The Feldenkrais Method helps us all to develop our full potential, whatever our field of
interest.
Recognizing that the need for emotional balance is vital for total wellness, I began the Bach Remedies
Training at the Dr Edward Bach Centre, UK (BFRP 1997). Inspired by the effectiveness and simplicity of Dr Bach’s work
I chose to become a trainer, completing the Bach Trainers Programme (BFTP 2004) with the Dr Edward Bach Centre.

I developed the
Rhythmic Energised Soft Touch (REST) Therapy over 10 years. Developed out my love for music and rhythm, Feldenkrais
concepts and ongoing study of Energy Medicine, REST continually amazes me how deeply effective it is for multi-layered
physical, mental and emotional problems. As a new approach to wellness, I plan to teach this therapy to others, so that they
too can use it professionally.
