Feldenkrais Method® Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons are designed to guide you, through
verbal instructions, to a new level of well being. Feldenkrais ATM relate directly to our everyday activities. A stationary
lesson, a group activity, will often involve sitting down, standing or lying on a mat.
Computer Comfort Online
Do you get computer related neck and jaw problems (TMJ) and/or
eyestrain?
The online seminars are designed so that you can enjoy the activities in real time whilst sitting at your
computer.
We will take a tour of the ergonomic arrangement of your computer space, your sitting position but most importantly
how you can make the best use of your physical organization so that you can remain energized and comfortable as you work,
increasing your productivity and enjoyment of your computer based activities.
