Rhythmic Energised Soft Touch Training

Origins

After ten years of step by step development, Barbara Jones is able to offer Rhythmic Energised Soft Touch Therapy. Rhythmic Energised Soft Touch Therapy has been developed by Barbara Jones to answer our need for deep vibrational energy work. Our human energy systems are being affected and influenced physically and emotionally by our environment which has become more and more polluted with electrical smog, geopathic stress and chemical pollutants. Our food, water and even light sources are affected by technological progress which does not move hand in hand with human evolution.

Rhythmic Energised Soft Touch Therapy is a gentle one to one hands-on therapy. The therapist introduces the client to the front, back and side positions at the beginning of the session so that once the session has begun, it can be fully enjoyed without interruption.

The Touch

The focal point of the touch used is the palm of the hand. Both hands are used simultaneously in a soft patting motion keeping in tune with the body rhythm and pulse of the client. The “drumming” motion on the body is continuous throughout the therapy session. It connects deeply with the fluid systems in the body i.e. blood, water and lymph, creating an ever increasing wave of vibration directed to the inner core of the body. This vibrational method effects the muscle, soft tissue, organs and bones. The vibrations build up to a point where they cannot move any further inwards and begin to move outwards. It is at this point the physical, mental and emotional toxins begin to shift and the process deepens as the “drumming” continues with the inward and outward cycles of moving vibrations.

Benefits

During the therapy a deep cleansing and rejuvenation takes place, enabling the bodies chi to flow smoothly and easily. This increase in the energy flow which helps to dissipate movement problems, pain and discomfort and enhances the smooth functioning of the circulation improving the overall function of the immune system. Toxic waste is more easily eliminated and any blockages within the body systems are freed leaving the client feeling uplifted.

Rhythmic Energised Soft Touch Therapy is so deeply relaxing for the client they often drift into a deep restful sleep during the therapy session.

Preparation

It is beneficial to drink good quality water before and after the therapy as this aids the process of detoxing and enables the tissue to rejuvenate with renewed body fluid.

Suitability

Rhythmic Energised Soft Touch is suitable for any age and is enjoyed and sought after by the young, not so young and the elderly.
