How can I create coherence?
Barbara, as a HeartMath Intervention Practitioner (HMIP) activates the simple HeartMath Stress Management System with her clients. You will be connected to the monitoring system via a small sensor connected to the ear or finger activating the Heart Rhythm Analysis to evaluate your present state. You can observe your progress in real time.

The Inner Balance system works along similar principles and can be used via your mobile phone, ipad or computer. Either of these tools can be used prior to or during challenging events such as interviews, meetings, tests and examinations. They give you instant feedback and also keep a record of your progress so you can set yourself targets. Practice in the morning, evening an during break times or any time you need to re-balance
